Cancellation Policy
We value your time and appreciate your business. To provide the best service to all of our clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Late Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, a 25% fee of the scheduled service will be charged.
If you do not show up for your appointment without a cancellation, you will be charged for the full service.
This policy helps us accommodate other clients and respect the time of our service providers. We understand that emergencies happen, and we will do our best to be understanding in special circumstances.
